Do you need to order a DNA Test Kit ?
Before you order a test kit, you should spend a moment to
learn about DNA testing.
FamilyTreeDNA is offering AFGS members occasional discounts for DNA tests.
By placing your order at the AFGS ordering page on FamilyTreeDNA you might get a discount, and help AFGS at the same time.
Testing your DNA is as simple as:
1. Order your DNA kit online at the
FamilyTreeDNA Order Page (opens in a new browser window).
2. Swab the inside of your cheeks with convenient ‘snap-off’ swabs. No spit, no blood, no sweat!
3. Mail your kit back in the prepaid package provided by FT-DNA. International orders do not include return shipping.
4. Receive your results online in 4 to 8 weeks. FamilyTreeDNA will notify you via email once your results are ready.
